Jean Grasso has been on the board of Children’s Music Fund for over five years and serves as the Secretary. Ms. Grasso is a Managing Director and Western Market Manager for MUFG Union Bank’s Asset Based Lending division, a leading provider of senior secured financings to companies nationwide. Prior to joining MUFG Union Bank, she was a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Capital Finance managing the west coast Loan Sales & Syndications team. Ms. Grasso earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. In 2011, Ms. Grasso was named one of the top “40 Under 40” Merger & Acquisition (M&A) financing professionals by the M&A Advisor. She is on the board of the of the Commercial Finance Association and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth.
